I came into COACCEL expecting insights from an experienced, independent third-party and
top-tier business connections. What I got was the greatest insight into growing a successful
business that I could have asked for: that my mindset as a leader and founder is the animating
force behind building a new business, and it can be a formidable obstacle to my growth and
success.

Since graduating from the program four months ago, my business is thriving and serving some
of the world’s most valuable brands. I have Cam and Jasmine to thank for that. They helped me
recognize the importance of my story and personal brand in leading and building a successful
company; they guided me through important early-stage business decisions; helped me
restructure my day-to-day schedule to be a more productive leader; taught me to live in the
present and prioritize ME; and showed me the importance of believing in myself as a woman.
